Cost

So far it will be $55 per family for the next four months (May, June, July, August). This will pay for the food, train, camping spots, and other activities.

Babysitting

In order to allow each couple some time off from the kids. We are thinking of having volunteers for the the group . Each person can choose what day they want to be in charge of. We would need babysitters for Mon, Tues, Wed, and Fri. We will also be putting together genealogy sheets for each of the siblings. If you would like genealogy sheets for your children as well just tell us so we can have them put together. The sheets will have a family pedigree chart, family group sheets, pictures of the group and individuals life stories cover sheets and personal history sheet.

Meals

Instead of assigning just one person or family to be in charge of meals we are going to try assigning parts of a meal to different people. ie Isabella is in charge of making the mashed potatoes on Wed night. She is responsible for preparing and serving this dish then cleaning all utensils and serving things involved. Later I will post a list so that we can choose what we would like to be in charge of. We are also going to have each family bring one snack item that will feed 50 people.
